How much does PetSitClick Cost?

PetSitClick's prices are based on the number of Walker/Sitters that your company has. The Solo price is $24.99 USD a month. 2-5 Walkers is $34.99 USD a month, and unlimited Walkers/Sitters is $49.99 USD a month.

Is there a contract?

There is no contract and you can cancel at any time.

There is no setup fee.

What happens to my data if I switch from a free trial to paid?

Any data you have entered will not change in any way. The only thing that will be different is that your account will move from a free trial to paid.

My free trial has expired, has my data been deleted?

Your data will not be deleted. If your free trial has expired and you decide to sign up as a paid subscriber, all of your data will still be there when you log back in.

How long has PetSitClick been in business?

PetSitClick is owned and operated by Bizz Support Solutions and is based in Toronto, Canada. The company was founded in 2010.

How often is my data backed up?

We backup your data on a nightly basis. It is stored in an encrypted remote datacenter. That way if a meteor hits our primary datacenter, your information is safe and secure.

Customers and Pets

Is there a way to import my customers and pets into PetSitClick?

You can import your customers and pets using Microsoft Excel. The links to our upload tools are right on our welcome page as well as at the bottom of our main customer and pet screens.

Can I add custom fields to my customer and pet screens?

You can add up to 15 custom fields on the customer screen and up to 10 on the pet screen. You can define them on our settings page.

How do I upload a photo of a pet?

First create the pet. Then edit the pet, at the bottom you will see a button where you can upload a photo from your computer.

How can I see all of my customers information in one place (i.e. invoices, services etc.)?

Go to the main customer screen (Customers->Customers). Click on the "Transaction History" link. From there you can tab between the various views of your customer's data.

Scheduling

Can I schedule repeating services?

PetSitClick has powerful scheduling tools that allow you to create repeating services.

How do I edit individual calendar entries?

When you create a service, PetSitClick will automatically generate all of the calendar entries for that service. You can edit each one individually. To do so there are two ways: First, you can edit them on our edit calendar. Secondly, you can go to our main service screen (Services->Services) and click on the "Edit Cal. Entries" link beside each service header. This allows you to edit the calendar entries for just that service. This can be convenient if you need to edit a week's worth of calendar entries for a customer (i.e. they are going away on vacation).

Does PetSitClick synch with iCal or Google Calendars?

Not currently but we are looking into it! However, PetSitClick has lots of great calendar views on our site.

Walker & Sitter

How do I track Walker & Sitter Compensation?

When setting up a service, enter the compensation amount or percentage that the Walker or Sitter will receive. As soon as the service is marked as complete, PetSitClick will include that as part of their compensation. To view the compensation reports go to My Company->Reports and click on the "Company" button to reveal the buttons for the compensation reports.

How do my Walkers & Sitters view their schedules? Do they need to download an app?

You can setup each of your Walkers & Sitters with their own login in our settings area (My Company->Settings->Additional login users). You can also restrict them to only see their own schedule. Walkers & Sitters do not need an app on their smartphone to access PetSitClick. They use their mobile browsers, and we have designed the screens that they can access to be mobile friendly (they also work fine on a regular computer as well). We have hundreds of people logging in on their smartphones every day.

How do I remove a Walker or Sitter from the picklist when entering services?

Go to their Walker/Sitter record and choose "Yes" beside the inactive field.

Accounting

Do you integrate with Quickbooks?

PetSitClick does not integrate with Quickbooks. It is designed as a fully integrated business software for Dog Walking and Pet Sitting companies. With its rich a robust accounting suite, Dog Walking and PetSitting can rely on PetSitClick for all of their accounting needs.

How does PetSitClick integrate with PayPal?

When emailing an invoice you can choose to send it with a PayPal link. When your customer receives the invoice, they can click a link that will take them directly to the PayPal screen with the information entered automatically. However, you do not need to record any payments made through PayPal manually in PetSitClick.

How do I mark an invoice as paid?

To mark an invoice as paid you need to enter a payment against the invoice. Go to Accounting->Payments and choose "New Payment". Click the magnifying glass beside the invoice number field to bring up all of your invoices. Click "Select" beside the one you want to pay. Enter the payment amount and method and click save.

How do I apply a customer's credit to an invoice?

Enter a new payment. Find the invoice you want to apply the credit to. Under payment method choose "Credit". Then click yes to confirm you want to use the customer's credit to pay the invoice. Enter the amount you would like to pay from the customer's credit balance. Click save. The customer's credit will be reduced automatically.

When I login with my mobile phone I immediately get logged out when I try to do anything.

PetSitClick works great with almost all mobile phones. However, occassionaly a smartphone has trouble with our site. We have built a simpler login architecture that can help in these instances. Contact us and we can provide you with the login link. All of the features are the same.
